URLME LINK
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to URLMe Link and its URL-shortening API.
Effective July 18, 2026
Using URLMe
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace and API keys.
Acceptable use
You may not use URLMe for phishing, malware, spam, impersonation, unlawful content, credential theft, evasion of platform controls, or destinations that threaten users or the reputation of URLMe-managed domains. We may inspect, suspend, or disable links and accounts when needed to protect users and the service.
Plans and limits
Plans include monthly limits for link creation, redirects, API keys, and custom domains. We may reject requests or pause affected features after a limit is reached. Published overage charges apply only when overages are enabled for the workspace.
Trials and billing
The no-card trial lasts seven days and has reduced limits. Adding a card on any paid plan extends trial access to thirty total days from account creation; it does not begin a second trial or reset when plans change. Card-backed trials automatically convert to the selected paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends. Paid subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe until canceled.
Customer domains
You must own or control every custom domain you connect. You authorize URLMe and its infrastructure providers to verify the domain, provision certificates, and serve redirects for it while connected.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may change features, limits, or these terms and will provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects active customers.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, or material violation of these terms. Links may stop resolving after termination or trial expiration.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, URLMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid to URLMe during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
